Envíos Nacionales

Wafa International, S.A. envía todos los pedidos al interior del país y a la ciudad de Panama a través de Transporte Ferguson o Servi-entrega (el que prefiera el cliente).

Los pedidos a la ciudad de Panamá se entregan el día siguiente, servicio puerta a puerta con nuestro agente de delivery personal.

Los pedidos al interior del país se entregan a la agencia de carga el mismo día si se hace antes de las 12 pm y en el próximo día hábil si se hace después de las 12 pm.

Envíamos con Uno Express, ServiEntrega, y Transporte Ferguson. 

Nuestros envíos en la Ciudad de Panamá y a nivel nacional son GRATIS a partir de $300 en valor de productos. Al realizar su compra está aceptando realizar el pago del producto únicamente y nosotros nos encargamos del envío a su dirección solicitada. Si su pedido es inferior a $300 el envío tiene un costo de mínimo de $10 y puede aumentar dependiendo del peso y las dimensiones de la caja(s) que se estarán enviando.

Políticas de Pickup

Puedes hacer un pedido desde la pagina web durante el proceso de checkout, o puedes programarlo por WhatsApp y tenerlo listo para recoger en nuestra sucursal dentro de la Zona Libre de Colon. Al momento de llegar nos proporcionas la confirmación de compra, o la información correspondiente para completar la entrega.

Al momento de la entrega el usuario o persona autorizada deberá revisar el paquete. Al firmar el recibido conforme, terminará el proceso de compra, siendo responsable de la mercancía a partir de ese instante. Cualquier daño, golpe que se sobrevenga con posterioridad a la entrega no serán responsabilidad de Wafa Intl, S.A.

We ship to all continents and most countries in the world. Your order will start to be processed once it's confirmed and will be ready to ship within 48 hours.

After your order is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to deliver a shipment quotation depending on your order's total weight and the method of delivery selected (air or sea shipment). You can also specify a cargo transport that operates within the Colon Duty Free Zone, if you do not have one, our agents will be able to advise you on freight transport, the most convenient, safe and economical shipping agency that operates to your country.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wafaintl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

If the item is not in the original condition that it was received, it can't be returned. The product must be SEALED and in the same condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
